Preventing Food Allergy: Current Strategies and Future Directions

The increasing prevalence of food allergies has significantly impacted public health, leading to changes in the food industry and the need to adapt to new allergy threats. It is essential to address all aspects surrounding food allergy, with a focus on prevention.

This Research Topic aims to finding new biomarkers, nutritional recommendation as early as pregnancy or early introduction, prevalence of all food allergens known and rare such as superfoods, management, comorbidities, prognosis, and quality of life of our patients and caretakers.
