About this Research Topic
The Research Topic aims to provide a collection of articles based on or related to the talks and posters presented at the Conference. The main topics include: Genomics, metabolomics, proteomics of longevity in humans and animals, Neurocognitive aging, Epigenetic mechanisms of aging, Biomarkers of biological age, System biology and bioinformatics in the study of aging, Environment and aging, Pharmacologic interventions in aging, Mechanisms of regeneration.
All participants of the Conference are welcome to submit the following article types: Original Research Papers, Review Articles (Including Mini Reviews), Opinions, Methods, Hypothesis & Theory, and General Commentary. All of the submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. Some article types are subject to publishing fees. Waivers for these fees are available in the case of need and a number of institutional agreements are in place. The Topic Editors EGP and AM declare that they are affiliated with the International Conference on Interventions to Extend Healthspan and Lifespan on Genomics, metabolomics, proteomics of longevity in humans and animals, Neurocognitive aging, Epigenetic mechanisms of aging, Biomarkers of biological age, System biology and bioinformatics in the study of aging, Environment and aging, Pharmacologic interventions in aging, Mechanisms of regeneration
Keywords: Genomics of longevity, Epigenetics of aging, Neurocognitive aging, Aging biomarkers, Life-prolonging pharmacological interventions
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
