This Research Topic aims to explore the comprehensive pharmacological landscape of Mpox treatment, emphasizing both current therapeutic strategies and emerging interventions. Given the rapid progression in antiviral research propelled by Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs), this collection seeks to highlight how these expedited processes have accelerated the study of antiviral drugs for Mpox.
