The escalating mental health crisis among youth is marked by increased cases of depression, anxiety, and suicidal tendencies, exacerbated by global challenges such as pandemics and economic downturns. Factors contributing to this include social isolation, trauma, and pervasive systemic inequalities. Although the prevalence of these issues is well-documented, there remains a significant gap in translating this understanding into effective and scalable interventions.
