Trends in Sustainable Food Processing: Proceedings from the Fourth International Biotechnology Congress, BioIberoamerica

This Research Topic is linked with the Fourth BioIberoamerica conference on Biotechnology, which will be held from September 3 to 6 in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

We have dedicated this Research Topic to trends in sustainable food bioprocessing with innovative approaches through the sustainable utilization and management of bioresources from local and global perspectives.

This Research Topic aims to include the best selected papers of the International Biotechnology Congress, BioIberoamerica 2024. We invite authors to submit original research papers or review articles to Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems in the Sustainable Food Processing section. All manuscripts will go through a rigorous review process before being published as open access articles.
