To address these challenges, a comprehensive and multidimensional approach to health management is required, emphasizing prevention over treatment. Lifestyle interventions, such as improved nutrition, increased physical activity, and mental health support, have demonstrated significant positive impacts on the health of older adults. Research shows that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can not only slow down the aging process but also reduce the risk of chronic diseases and enhance the overall quality of life for seniors.

Furthermore, it is crucial to recognize the social determinants of health that affect older adults.
