Recent studies have hinted at hormonal influences, such as β-hCG, in the development of preeclampsia, yet a comprehensive understanding is still lacking. Addressing these challenges requires an interdisciplinary approach that combines advances in basic science, clinical research, and healthcare delivery. By fostering collaboration between researchers and healthcare providers, there is potential to significantly reduce the global impact of preeclampsia and improve health outcomes for both mothers and their children.
