About this Research Topic
The aim of the “Mindfulness and Eating Behavior” Research Topic is to bring together findings from data linking mindfulness practices with eating behaviors that impact weight regulation, appetite, food cravings, and other health-related measures within disordered and healthy eating. This aim should further our understanding for whom and for what types of problematic eating behavior different types of mindfulness interventions are most effective.
We are happy to accept manuscripts that examine the effects of intervention or experimental studies that examine the intersection of mindfulness practices and eating behavior. We are also content to receive reviews or meta-analyses, as well as opinions and commentaries in this area.
