About this Research Topic
This Research Topic has been developed to highlight original and ‘out of the box’ papers reporting findings about TM and TORS in laryngopharyngeal cancers. A particular attention will be paid to papers that describe new approaches and skills of the topic of TM or TORS.
This Research Topic welcomes manuscripts relating to, but not limited to:
1. Papers reporting new TM or TORS surgical approach or indications.
2. Papers reporting educational, skills or learning findings of TM and TORS approaches.
3. Papers that will focus on « how to improve the skills and education » in TM or TORS.
4. Papers reporting awareness, perception or barriers toward TM or TORS.
5. Clinical studies describing outcomes of patients benefiting from TM or TORS for laryngopharyngeal cancers.
6. Transoral laryngeal microsurgery.
7. Transoral robotic surgery.
8. Head and Neck Advances in Cancer Surgery.
9. TM or TORS approach for benign tumor of head and neck.
10. Facelift, Axillary or Transoral Endoscopic or Robotic Thyroid Surgery.
11. Robotic neck dissection.
Please note: manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatics, computational analysis, or predictions of public databases which are not accompanied by validation (independent clinical or patient cohort, or biological validation in vitro or in vivo, which are not based on public databases) are not suitable for publication in this journal.
Keywords: Otolaryngology, Robotic, Surgery, Head, Neck, Transoral
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
