About this Research Topic
The aim of this Research Topic is to compile a collection of articles that provide new insights and potential applications of imaging, especially but not limited to US, FDG-PET/CT, MRI, and CT, in the management of GCA, TAK, and isolated aortitis. The collection aims to cover various aspects, such as diagnosis, disease monitoring, defining remission, and risk stratification.
This Research Topic welcomes all article types available in the Rheumatology section of Frontiers in Medicine including Brief Research Report, Clinical Trial, Correction, General Commentary, Hypothesis & Theory, Methods, Mini Review, Original Research, Perspective, Review, Study Protocol, Systematic Review. Case reports will be considered only if they demonstrate exceptional interest and novelty.
