About this Research Topic
The goal of this Research Topic is to provide get an in-depth understanding of dual disorders in addiction and mood disorders. More specifically, the aim is to
is to accumulate findings concerning etiological evidence of dual disorders in terms of the biological-social and psychological model as well exploring more effective diagnosis and treatment specific to dual disorders based on these etiological findings.
We welcome original research, case reports, and review articles on but not limited to, the following subjects of interest:
• Precise medicine model of dual disorders using genetic methods
• Prevalence and risk factors of dual disorders
• Psychosocial model of dual disorders
• Self-medication model and dual disorders
• Clinical trial of the effectiveness of different treatments on dual disorders
• Psychopharmacological study or drug treatments for dual disorders
