About this Research Topic
We encourage submissions covering the molecular mechanisms underlying ICD, its interplay with immune responses, and the development of innovative therapeutic strategies to enhance anti-tumor immunity. Through this Research Topic, we hope to advance the collective and comprehensive knowledge of ICD and inflammatory cell death, foster collaborations, and accelerate progress in cancer control and immunotherapy.
Submissions of Original Research and Review articles are welcome. Subtopics of interest include but are not limited to:
1. Mechanisms and pathways of ICD in modulating immunotherapy
2. Clinical Applications and Therapeutic Strategies in Immunotherapy
3. Combination Therapies and Immune Modulation Using ICD Modulation
4. Biomarkers and predictive indicators of ICD-modulated immunotherapy
5. Preclinical Models and Translational Research Using ICD-Modulated Immunotherapy
Please NOTE: To maintain the focus of this Research Topic, we kindly note that manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatics or computational analyses without accompanying validation through independent cohorts or in vitro/in vivo experiments are outside the scope of this research topic and will not be accepted.
Keywords: Cell Death, Cancer Control, Immunotherapy
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
