About this Research Topic
This research topic aims at understanding the dynamics of tumor, stromal and immune cells interactions in the microenvironment which could help us to use this vital information for disease progression and response to immune treatments in cancer. We encourage the submission of original research and review articles as well as technology and protocol studies on the cellular and molecular illustration and use of this information in immune cells’ impact in cancer treatment.
We welcome manuscripts focusing on, but not limited to, the following sub-topics:
• Innovative Studies in Proteomics, Transcriptomics and Spatial Information of Tumor Microenvironment
• Metabolomics Information of Tumor Microenvironment
• Molecular Biomarkers Illustration for Cancer Prognosis and Treatment
• The Spatial information of Tumor Inflammatory Markers in Cancer Development
• Identification of candidate targets and innovative approaches to dampen pro-tumoral supporters
