About this Research Topic
This research topic aims to explore and evaluate empirical research methods that can determine the effectiveness of specific constitutional provisions or sets of provisions serving a common function, goal, or principle. The objective is to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical application, identifying discrepancies between the intended function of constitutional provisions and their actual performance.
