This Research Topic will feature a series of case reports that provide unique insights into the diagnosis, management, and treatment of autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders and highlight the importance of immunological insight in identifying and managing these conditions. This collection will include cases of various autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders, ranging from rare to common diseases, and will explore their clinical manifestations, pathophysiology, biomarkers, and therapeutic options. By presenting these cases, we aim to provide valuable information to clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals interested in autoimmune and autoinflammatory disorders.
