Artificial Intelligence has gained tremendous momentum in the last decade. Through supporting healthcare workers and enhancing patient care, artificial intelligence applications are redefining the way we think and carry out patient care. In particular, AI has been used in cardiac rhythmology to interpret increasing quantities of diverse digital data and to generate advances in clinical practice and research. AI-aided advances in 3D cardiac imaging have heralded the concept of virtual hearts and the simulation of cardiac arrhythmias. The application of AI to the electrocardiogram (ECG), a ubiquitous and standardized test, is an example of the ongoing transformative effect of AI on cardiovascular.
Artificial Intelligence in Cardiac Rhythmology is led by an expert team of specialists with the goal of highlighting the latest discoveries in artificial intelligence and promoting important discussions in this area. The collection welcomes submissions on the analyses of previously published data, new opinions, and perspectives, as well as new methods and protocols.
