About this Research Topic
At the same time, greater satisfaction and a positive work environment conducive to more extraordinary achievement are generated and consolidated. Due to this, it is necessary to know the variables and processes that intervene in the formation and development of greater individual resilience.
The objective of this Research Topic is to generate a current, integrated and synthetic theoretical framework for employee resilience. Likewise, it is intended through qualitative, quantitative or bibliometric research to determine the variables and processes that intervene in the formation and maintenance of personal resilience. In particular, it is interesting to generate causal models of the construction of resilience that allow its prediction.
This collection aims to address the following themes:
a) Variables of the context, the organization, and of the people on which employee resilience depends
b) Methods to measure employee resilience
c) Theoretical approaches that explain the formation and impact of employee resilience
d) The role of leadership in building resilience
e) The role of Human Resources in the development of individual resilience
f) Causal models to predict employee resilience
