The goal of this Research Topic is therefore to examine the challenges in eating behavior research and practice and to expand the debate on dilemmas in the field of eating behavior.
We welcome articles, whereby researchers and practitioners write about specific challenges they faced and how they were resolved, this includes ethical issues related to the treatment of those with eating disorders. We are also interested in ongoing issues that have not yet been resolved, this provides a space for discussions about how these may be addressed. Lastly, we also welcome broader issues related to ongoing research and stigma associated with eating behavior. These can include first-person narratives. The major goals of this topic are to shed light on how challenges arise, how perspectives inform decision making, and how information gained from these challenges and experiences can further promote advances in Eating Behavior.
