This Research Topic seeks solutions to address global maternal mortality using EASY TO USE, PRACTICAL, FEASIBLE, and SUSTAINABLE technology intervention, primarily focusing the under-served societies.
Potential themes include, but are not limited to:
1) Easy to use mHealth technology for addressing maternal health problems (early identification of diseases or disease management)
2) Sustainable approaches, intervention designs, and sustainable innovations tailored for under-served populations and rural societies,
3) Development or testing of mHealth applications designed to improve maternal health awareness and behavioral changes
4) mHealth design to improve Trust in and acceptance of modern intervention in rural communities,
5) Identifying factors influencing users willingness to use mHealth applications for maternal health,
7) Identifying barriers and facilitators to use of digital technology in Low and Middle income countries for maternal health,
This Research Topic welcomes original research, brief reports, preliminary findings, protocols, review, method and theory, perspectives and opinion articles that address the diversity of themes around the use of digital health technologies and human factors in minimizing maternal mortality. Articles types should be selected that correspond with the stage of research and scope of the contribution.
