Advancement in diagnostic tools and surgical methods during the formative years has enabled many childhoods disease from the fetus to adolescent to be managed properly. As the technological advancements made in medicine come together with increased knowledge and information on the field, the understanding and management of pediatric surgical disease have gone through a massive development. These changes have benefited surgical practices in many ways and expected to continually expand, thus, to achieve this in the near future, more implementation research is needed.
