We are pleased to announce the inaugural release of our annual "Current Insights in RNA Research" collection in collaboration with the Translational Control meeting with the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
The goal of this Research Topic is to shed light on recent notable progress made in the RNA research area, and on its future challenges to provide a thorough overview of the field. The intention of this article collection is to inspire, inform, and provide direction and guidance to researchers in the field.
We welcome forward-looking contributions from the editorial board, Translational Control meeting attendees, and beyond, that describe, present, or outline developments and major accomplishments in the field of RNA research. Submissions should investigate how these findings are important in making future progressions in the field, identify significant challenges and solutions in the sub-disciplines.
Keywords:
non-coding RNA, RNA Structure and Evolution, RNA Processing and Engineering, RNP Biogenesis and Function, RNA
Important Note:
All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
