About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date collection of research articles, reviews, mini-reviews, and opinion articles focusing on the application of big data and precision medicine in the current diagnostic and treatment context. We welcome contributions from researchers working in the following areas:
1.The role of integrated multi-omics analysis in disease diagnosis and therapeutic target identification
2. Systematic screening of potential small molecules and biological agents for the treatment of diseases using big data integration technology
3.The significance of multimodal technology in disease diagnosis and treatment by combining imaging and pathology data
4. Use of big data simulation to predict drug targets and reduce drug screening costs
5. Development and optimization of precise treatment modalities for diseases
6. Using big data to predict the best combination of drugs for specific diseases
7. The application of big data in precise treatment, such as disease classification and treatment target prediction
Please note that manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatics or computational analysis of public genomic or transcriptomic databases which are not accompanied by robust and relevant validation (clinical cohort or biological validation in vitro or in vivo) are out of scope for this Research Topic.
