About this Research Topic
Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience has organized a series of Research Topics which aim to promote discussion or to change the perspective on experimental and clinical research in various areas of the field of Aging Neuroscience.
In this Research Topic, leading experts have been invited by our Topic Editors to contribute their thoughts and perspectives on current challenges, latest discoveries, recent technological advances, and future directions specifically in the field of neural rehabilitation for elder people. As advanced age affects body organs and systems, elder people are more vulnerable to neurological conditions or disorders. The aim of this project is to provide a critical evaluation of the state of research in this field, which can also help guiding clinical management.
This Research Topic solicits the submission of Opinion and Perspective articles that provide editorialized analysis related to the field of neural rehabilitation for elder people and particularly on aspects including: neuromotor function, rehabilitation, and exercise.
Please note that Abstract submission is strongly recommended.
Keywords: Opinion, Perspective, neurorehabilitation, elders, aging
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
