This Research Topic endeavors to enrich the comprehension of Transnational Families (TNFs) by amalgamating insights and perspectives garnered from diverse countries. Employing a comprehensive approach that encompasses both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies across various scientific disciplines, the objective is to elucidate the intricate dimensions of TNFs. The overarching goal is to advance knowledge about TNFs, thus increasing awareness among the public, institutions, and policymakers. We encourage submissions of Original Research articles and Systematic Review articles (scoping reviews) that delve into the realities of Transnational Families (TNFs) across various social classes, migration motives and trajectories, and geographical distributions. Manuscripts with the potential to offer comprehensive policy and practice recommendations are especially sought, and preference will be given to those that provide a diverse global perspective.
