Offshore renewable energy is a hot issue in the interdisciplinary fields of ocean engineering and power engineering. In recent years, due to climate change and the development of ocean engineering, the subject of offshore renewable energy has received increasing attention. Its development and utilization will be conducive to the development of a low-carbon economy and the realization of energy-saving and emission-reduction goals. It can achieve a complementary energy supply between land and sea, reducing the pressure on the traditional fossil energy supply in economically developed and energy-intensive coastal areas.
