About this Research Topic
This research topic aims to showcase validated tools for evaluating OHC in various occupational settings and to assess how OHC impacts occupational health interventions and overall worker health. Additionally, the research seeks to highlight the global diversity of OHC, focusing on recent advances in tailoring assessment tools to specific sectors, cross-cultural studies on OHC perception and implementation, and the integration of sociodemographic components into OHC assessments. By exploring these areas, the research aims to demonstrate both the direct and indirect effects of OHC on workers' health and to clarify its role as a determinant, mediator, or effect modifier in occupational health interventions.
To gather further insights into the development and application of OHC, we welcome articles addressing, but not limited to, the following themes:
- Development and validation of tools for measuring OHC in various occupational settings.

- Exploration of the interaction between OHC, interventions, and workers' health.
