About this Research Topic
Research papers on post-ABI neurorehabilitation from different parts of the world are widely dispersed and published sporadically in the academic literature. To get a sense of where we are in terms of neurorehabilitation globally, a single and centrally located collection of updates and contemporary perspectives on neurorehabilitation from both LAMICs and HICs is needed. This special issue in Frontiers Rehabilitation Sciences (Neurorehabilitation in Low- To Middle- and High-Income Countries: Updates and Perspectives from Around the World) serves to facilitate such a collection and will highlight both the growth and needs in terms of neurorehabilitation globally.
Keywords: Neurorehabilitation, Developing countries, Developed countries, Brain injuries, International perspectives
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
