About this Research Topic
increase the overall efficiency of current electrical power systems.
Motivated by this case, it is essentially demanded that researchers consider new models as well as feasible solutions to adapt
advanced ICT technologies into power systems.
This Research Topic solicits the submission of high-quality unpublished reviews and research articles that aim at addressing technical challenges for system architecture and algorithms associated with the Internet of Energy. Submitted papers should emphasize the development of the Internet of Energy and focus
on the improvement of existing standards and practices. Both theoretical and experimental studies on practical applications are encouraged. We willingly welcome all researchers to consider technological advances in the Internet of Energy and the integration of interdisciplinary engineering/science technologies, and further, to
contribute to sustainable growth in the Internet of Energy.
Topics of interest are included but are not limited to:
· Architecture and feasible algorithms for power generation, storage, data management networks, and distribution in the Internet of Energy
· Information and communication network for the Internet of Energy
· Electric mobility
· Deployment and realization of the Internet of Energy
· AI and Big Data for Internet of Energy
· Testbed or simulator for Internet of Energy
· Coordination and control scheme for Seamless operations in Internet of Energy
· Cybersecurity for the Internet of Energy
· Advanced smart metering infrastructure
· Smart Grids communications
· Energy scheduling and management
· Energy trading and business models
