About this Research Topic
In this Research Topic, we aim to allow the clinical reader to gain greater insight into the biology of the disease and how it shapes clinical decision-making through the synthesis of an expert clinician. We welcome a diverse range of Opinion, Perspective, Review, and Mini-review manuscripts that provide directions in the therapeutic management of common or complex clinical situations of the disease. Each article should focus on a single disease/topic for which new information has recently emerged. By combining comprehensive knowledge with experienced clinicians' viewpoints, this collection serves as an essential tool for healthcare professionals, empowering them to make informed decisions in the treatment of hematologic malignancies.
We welcome articles focused on, but not limited to, the following:
- Educational reviews on the underlying biology, staging, risk stratification, and emerging diagnostic techniques for hematologic malignancies.
- Perspectives that delve into clinical experiences, providing readers with practical guidance, treatment recommendations, and discussions on supportive care and survivorship issues.
