Personalised medicine and surgery are becoming a reality in modern health sciences. Advancing surgery with personalised medicine provides a promising perspective when the face is involved. The management of functional diseases and aesthetic conditions has been modified by personalised diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, when observing the facial surgery units, the nature of personalised or customized treatments is necessary to increase predictability and stability for better outcomes.
