About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to celebrate and promote the significant contributions of female scientists in the sensor industry. By providing them with a dedicated platform, we seek not only to highlight their research but also to inspire and encourage more women and girls to pursue careers in STEM fields.
To gather further insights into female-led sensor research, we welcome articles that cover, but are not limited to, the following themes:
• Advances in sensor technologies by female researchers
• Innovative methodologies in sensor research by female scientists
• Theoretical contributions to sensor technology by women
• Application-driven sensor research led by women
We encourage any corresponding authors who identify as women (whether first or last authors) to contribute to this innovative collection to bring forth the diversity and creativity of women in this dynamic field.
