- Retinal neuroprotection and regeneration studies, e.g. mechanisms underlying the survival of retinal neurons
- Retinal inflammation and the regulation of their expression and activity.
- Retinal Imaging & functional test
- New treatments for retinal neurodegenerative diseases
- New clinical technology in retinal diseases, e.g., 3D and robotic surgery.
