About this Research Topic
Frontiers in Built Environment has organized a series of special edition Research Topics, with the goal of highlighting the latest advancements in Indoor Environment across the globe, showcasing the academic excellence and high-quality work of internationally recognized researchers.
These collections aim to shed light on the recent progress made across the entire breadth of the Indoor Environment field, and reflect on the future challenges faced by researchers across borders.
This Research Topic aims to focus on research on the indoor environment from South America. Particular attention will be paid, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Low Energy Building Designs
- Ventilation and Air-Distribution Systems in Buildings
- Renewable Energy Systems for Buildings
- Thermal Comfort and Indoor Air Quality
This Research Topic will accept original research, opinion pieces and review articles.
