About this Research Topic
Transition into practice is another important step and should be continuously monitored and evaluated as a quality indicator. This is typically the expertise and the role of prospective registry such as France-PCI. This is a national on-line registry that aims to collect prospectively coronary angioplasty activities performed in France and patient outcomes. It has started in 2014 and since then more than 130 000 PCI procedures with follow-up have been collected in 47 French centers. It has all the requested quality of processes used to ensure data completeness and accuracy. It is funded by the French government with linkage to the National Health Insurance records and has mandated enrolment.
In the following state of the art on dual antiplatelet therapy, we are providing five manuscripts which are original and unpublished analyses of the real life setting based on data gathered in the France-PCI registry.
Our aims are the following:
1) Evaluation of DAPT type and duration in CCS post PCI.
2) Evaluation of DAPT type and duration in ACS post PCI.
3) Evaluation of Triple therapy type and duration post PCI in patient under oral anticoagulation.
4) Medico-economic impact of prolonged DAPT duration post PCI.
5) Clinical Impact of DAPT pretreatment in CCS PCI.
