About this Research Topic
Research Topic is to present recent advances in:
1. mathematical modeling of biological systems, epidemiological models, cellular signaling networks
2. analysis of the mathematical models with pattern formation
3. numerical solutions to differential equations including ordinary, fractional, partial, stochastic and delay
The aim of this Research Topic is to bring together leading experts, researchers, scientists and graduate students to exchange ideas in the area of mathematical biology and medicine. We aim to discuss topics with regards to numerical solution of differential equations (DE) including ordinary, fractional, partial, stochastic and delay Differential Equations and Agent-based models. The optimal control of these differential equations will also be considered. Other topics including the analysis of biological systems and the mechanisms of cellular signaling networks will also be considered.
The Mathematical Biology and Medicine Workshop is organized by Ghana Numerical Analysis and the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. The online talks will be recorded and shared on the conference website: https://bit.ly/3rSG9Gu
Keywords: mathematical biology, pattern formation, dynamical systems, ecological models, cellular signals
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements.
