Frontiers in Psychiatry is working on connecting the dots in psychiatry research by encouraging an interdisciplinary approach to explore critical world mental health issues. The overarching goal of this Research Topic is to promote the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams from a number of professional disciplines to foster high standards of comprehensive care, research, and best practice in psychiatry. More specifically, this Research Topic aims to provide a broad collection of articles synthesizing ideas and characteristics from across different professional disciplines working within the field of Parkinson's Disease.
This Research Topic welcomes all types of articles on, but not limited to the following themes within Parkinson's Disease research:
a) Recent advances and emerging trends
b) Identifying comprehensive intervention strategies
c) Enhancing awareness of Parkinson's and its multiple implications
d) Overcoming current challenges within the field
e) Identifying associations with other mental health disorders
