About this Research Topic
This collection is led by Co-Specialty Chief Editors Professor Christoph Randler and Professor Michael Patten and aims to feature high-quality contributions from our Associate, Review Editors and the wider community. The goal is to highlight new insights, novel developments, current challenges, latest discoveries, recent advances, and future perspectives in the field.
The Editors' Showcase celebrates the broad diversity of research performed across the section and aims to put a spotlight on all areas of interest to our Editors. We believe this collection will be of great interest to researchers in Science of Birding and related fields.
We encourage submissions of high-quality original research articles, reviews, and perspectives that address important questions and challenges in the field. We welcome submissions that utilize innovative approaches and methods, as well as those that provide practical applications for the findings.
We hope that this collection will further support the strong community of researchers interested in the Science of Birding by recognizing and promoting the work of highly deserving researchers.
