We are delighted to present the inaugural Frontiers in?Physiology “Rising Stars in Environmental, Aviation and Space Physiology" annual collection of articles in collaboration with the International Society for Gravitational Physiology (ISGP).
Recognizing?the future leaders in ?Environmental, Aviation and Space Physiology?is fundamental to safeguarding tomorrow's driving force in innovation.?
This Research Topic article collection will showcase the high-quality work of?up-and-coming?researchers?in?the early stages of their?careers.?These are researchers?within their first 15 years of their research career across the entire breadth of Environmental, Aviation and Space Physiology, and present?advances in theory, experiment and methodology with applications to compelling problems.?
All Rising Star researchers will be suggested by the editorial office, Topic Editors and established Editors within our board in recognition of their influence on the?future directions in their respective fields.?While future innovations in?Environmental, Aviation and Space Physiology ?are yet to be discovered, this Research Topic will give the community a hint at whom to follow.?
About the ISGP:
The
International Society for Gravitational Physiology is an important international society that provides a platform for multi-disciplinary scientific exchange for researchers working in gravitational physiology independently of the country or Space Agency they are related to. The aim of the newly formed young investigator commission is to get young scientist (Student and early career researcher) who are working in the area of the biological and physiological effects of gravity involved in ISGP and to use the annual meeting to provide a lively platform for young scientist interested in space related research.
Their key goals are to promote participation in space life sciences, networking across countries and disciplines, education of the next generation of space scientists.
This Research Topic is part of the?Rising Stars in Physiology Series. Other titles in the series are:?
