About this Research Topic
This collection will showcase the high-quality work of internationally recognized researchers in the early stages of their careers. We aim to highlight research by leading scientists of the future across the entire breadth of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, and present advances in theory, experiment and methodology with applications to pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and PKPD modeling.
All Rising Star researchers will be suggested by established Editors within our board in recognition of their influence on the future directions in their respective fields.
While future innovations in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology are yet to be discovered, this Research Topic will give us a hint at whom to follow.
Potential themes for manuscripts include, but are not limited to:
- Clinical efficacy of drugs in veterinary patients
- PKPD modeling of drug, including after different routes of administration
- Treatment outcome
- Comparative pharmacokinetics, including interspecies differences
Keywords: Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, pharmacokinetics, PKPD modeling
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
