About this Research Topic
CMCNCs comprise active cell surface proteo-lipid molecules with other functional proteins and offer extended blood circulation with robust cell-specific targeting, guaranteeing enhanced tissue penetration and higher target-specific accumulation of nanocarriers.
In recent years, this field of CMCNCs has been expanding, especially with hard to cure diseases such as cancer, myocardial infarction, and so on. To this end, we welcome contributions of Reviews and Original Research papers reporting recent efforts in the development of cell membrane-coated nanocarriers (CMCNCs) and their application in diverse disease diagnoses and therapy.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
• Development of cell membrane-coated nanocarriers (CMCNCs) and cell-derived nanovesicles including extracellular vesicles, exosomes, and hybrid nanovesicles.
• Novel techniques in CMCNCs preparation and characterization CMCNCs
