About this Research Topic
The Aim and Scope of this special issue will mainly focus on recent advancements in the optimal management of atrial fibrillation, helping the clinicians grasp the current knowledge in mechanism, diagnosis and treatment options for atrial fibrillation. The special issue would cover optimal rhythm/rate control strategy of atrial fibrillation, recent advances in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, new mapping and ablation technology in treating atrial fibrillation, optimal ablation strategy in treating atrial fibrillation, screening of atrial fibrillation, anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation in the specific patient group, left atrial appendage occlusion as stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation, upstream therapy for atrial fibrillation, cost-effectiveness analysis for atrial fibrillation, etc.
We welcome papers in the topic of:
1) Optimal rhythm/rate control strategy of atrial fibrillation.
2) Recent advances in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, new mapping and ablation technology in treating atrial fibrillation, optimal ablation strategy in treating atrial fibrillation.
3) Screening of atrial fibrillation, artificial intelligence in atrial fibrillation.
4) Anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation in specific patient group.
5) Left atrial appendage occlusion as stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation.
6) Risk factor control in atrial fibrillation and clinical outcome.
