About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to provide a comprehensive overview of recent advances in the association between tumor heterogeneity and related anti-cancer therapies for gastrointestinal cancer. We welcome the submission of Review and Original Research articles covering, but not limited to, the following topics:
• Novel molecular mechanism research on the association between heterogeneity and related anti-cancer therapies for gastrointestinal tumors including gastric, colorectal, liver, pancreas, bile duct, and esophageal tumors.
• Novel clinical research focus on anti-cancer strategies derived from tumor heterogeneity studies for gastrointestinal cancer
• Novel therapeutic targets derived from tumor heterogeneity studies for gastrointestinal cancer
• Novel special heterogeneity biomarker to predict the anti-cancer treatment response and prognosis of gastrointestinal cancer
Keywords: Gastrointestinal Cancer, Heterogeneity, Molecular Target, Anti-Cancer Strategies
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements.
