About this Research Topic
This Research Topic will focus on the frontiers in the accurate treatment of cerebrovascular disease, including hemorrhagic and ischemic diseases. The goal of this Topic is to discuss the advances of pathology, diagnostic methods, potential treatment targets and relative neurodegeneration of intracranial aneurysms, moyamoya diseases, arteriovenous malformations, ischemic stroke, internal carotid stenosis and so on. We hope that this topic can provide the cutting-edge insight of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease for neurosurgeons and neurologists, and provide a basis for exploring the genesis, development and prognosis of cerebrovascular diseases, and finally promote the accuracy treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
In this Research Topic, we will focus on the frontiers of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. Moreover, the clinical translation and what this study can provide for future breakthrough will be our major concern. We would like to accept the studies on the pathology, advanced diagnostic methods, mechanisms and new insight of treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, including hemorrhagic and ischemic diseases.
