This study aims to provide practical insights for developing intervention strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness in Korean youth physical education facilities by examining the interactive effects of resilience and emotional leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To achieve this objective, data were collected from 205 physical education instructors working in Korean youth physical education facilities as of 2024, and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed for analysis. The results revealed a significant interaction effect between resilience and the personal competency dimension of emotional leadership on job satisfaction. These findings indicate that instructors’ perceived emotional leadership and their resilience mutually influence their level of job satisfaction. Accordingly, it is recommended that future empirical research investigate the appropriate level of emotional leadership based on the characteristics of physical education instructors. Furthermore, the insights gained from this study are expected to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding the interactive relationship between emotional leadership and resilience, while also offering practical implications for developing effective human resource management strategies tailored to the unique environment of Korean youth physical education facilities.
