    Conducting counterparts between the latent coaching dynamics in the high-stakes global segment of football and the difficult segment of business leadership, the research is focused on comparative evaluation to examine the coaching principles' transferability "from pitch to boardroom". The study aims to investigate and evaluate the talent coaching principles' transferability from football to the context of business leadership, by establishing a model for adopting successful strategies of talent management in a corporate context. A comparative case study method was followed to develop an in-depth evaluation of the principles of talent coaching in both business and football leadership. The comparative analysis shows that both domains prioritize nurturing and identifying individual strengths, promoting effective teamwork and communication, and stimulating a growth mindset. Furthermore, strategies including continuous improvement, feedback mechanisms, and goal setting seem key to both aspects. The outcomes highlight the possibility of certain cross-disciplinary learning between business and football leadership in the segment of talent coaching. Therefore, while few strategies need implementation to suit the particular context, all-embracing principles including skill development, empowerment, and motivation seem applicable throughout both domains. Such comparative evaluation emphasizes the synergies between diverse talent coaching processes in business and football leadership, reinforcing valuable insights. Moreover, organizations need to optimize the strategies of their talent development and to stimulate a culture of quality akin to seek in elite sports. Finally, we provide two Coaching models for implementation, one for the Trainers (POSITIVE) and one for the Parents (AAAA) as a follow-up practical guide for the Organization / Athletic Club. The Club that is the pilot ground is called Athletic Club Palaio Faliro, in Athens, Greece.
