Text Correction
In the published article, there was an error in Discussion under “Pacific-Wide Movement Scenarios”. Reference to personal communication with J. L. Martinez was used without permission.
This sentence previously stated:
“The putative return leg had been carried out by 36% of fish in Evans et al. (2021), 19% (4 out of 21) in Mamoozadeh et al. (2020) and 66% (56 out of 85) of fish caught by Hawaii-based longliners in 2019 Q4 (J. L. Martinez pers. comm.).”
The corrected sentence appears below:
“The putative return leg had been carried out by 36% of fish in Evans et al. (2021) and 19% (4 out of 21) in Mamoozadeh et al. (2020).”
The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
