    The research aligns well with the scope of Frontiers in Education, which aims to address global educational challenges and provide insights for improving educational outcomes. By focusing on re-engineering the localization process of Khan Academy content into Azerbaijani and evaluating its impact on user learning experience, the study contributes to understanding innovative approaches in educational technology and their effects on student engagement and access to quality education. Through the implementation of business process re-engineering principles, the research aims to optimize resources and enhance efficiency in content localization, which is crucial for expanding access to educational materials in diverse linguistic contexts. Additionally, by investigating the impact of the re-engineered process on user learning experience, the study provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of localization efforts in improving educational outcomes, thus contributing to the advancement
