    In the published article, there was an error in Figure 1: Use and Access to the Healthcare System as published. In the section titled *Emergency Hospital Department*: the percentage for the year 2019 is not 97.4, it should be 47.2. The corrected Figure 1: Use and Access to the Healthcare System and its caption appear below. The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
