In addition, there was an error in the affiliation of Radka Žídková as published. Instead of “Department of Community and Occupational Medicine, University Medical Center Groningen, University of Groningen, Groningen, Netherlands” it should be “Olomouc University Social Health Institute, Palacký University in Olomouc, Olomouc, Czechia”. The affiliations have now been updated.

The authors apologize for these errors and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
