A Corrigendum on

In the published article, there was an error regarding the affiliations for Nicholas A. Cork and Emma J. S. Ferranti. As well as having affiliation 1School of Engineering, University of Birmingham, Birmingham, United Kingdom they should also have 3 Birmingham Institute of Forest Research (BIFoR), Birmingham, United Kingdom.

The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
